TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO THE COMPANY FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your use of the Services, your submissions, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
